Shipping policy
We deliver only to approved residential and business addresses. At this time, we do not ship to freight forwarders, parcel lockers, depots, or P.O. boxes.
All orders are shipped with our selected delivery partners. We strive to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible. An estimated delivery date will be provided at checkout or in your confirmation email; however, please note that this date is an estimate only and cannot be guaranteed.
All shipments are sent with tracking and may require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure that you or someone you trust is available to sign for your package, as we cannot verify the identity of the signatory. In certain cases, our delivery partners may request ID as part of their security process.
Risk of any damage to or loss of the products shall pass to you at the time of delivery.
If no one is available at your address to receive the delivery, our carrier may make another delivery attempt and/or leave a notification stating that the package has been returned to the local depot. In that case, you will be responsible for collecting the package. Please follow the instructions and contact information provided by the carrier to arrange collection.
FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over 800 CAD.
Please note that for deliveries outside of Canada, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied by the destination country. These charges are beyond our control and must be paid and resolved in full by the recipient.
LOST SHIPMENTS
HOUSE OF YONAN is not responsible for packages lost while in transit.
If your tracking shows “Delivered,” please check around your property (side door, lobby, mailroom, or building concierge) and confirm with neighbours, as carriers may occasionally leave parcels in alternate locations or mark them as delivered before they actually arrive.
If you believe your package is missing, please reach out to our Customer Support team. We will do our best to work with the carrier to help locate your order.
As part of our fraud prevention policy, we are unable to provide refunds for packages reported as lost.
