RETURNS

You may initiate a return within 14 days from the shipping date to receive a refund to the original method of payment.

Please note that a return shipping fee (based on carrier rates) will be deducted from the refund amount.

PRE-ORDER TERMS

Pre-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Each garment is individually made to order. Production time is estimated at 4–6 weeks per piece.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Please note that delivery may take longer during peak periods and holiday seasons.

EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDIT

Exchanges or store credit are available within 14 days from the shipping date.

After 14 days, returns will no longer be accepted.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for both returns and exchanges.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES CONDITIONS

All items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Sale items discounted by 50% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged. These include socks, underwear, water bottles, sporting goods, and printed publications.

Multipack items must be returned in full. Partial returns or exchanges from a set are not accepted.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
